Lorganisme is pleased to welcome L\u00e9onie B\u00e9langer for a 6-week digital residency dedicated to artists at the start of their career.<\/p>\n
L\u00e9onie B\u00e9langer began studying contemporary dance at the C\u00e9gep de Saint-Laurent, then completed her baccalaureate training at the D\u00e9partement de la danse de l’UQAM in 2021. Since then, she had the opportunity to work as a performer with Dani\u00e8le Desnoyers. , Catherine Lavoie-Marcus and Caroline Laurin-Beaucage<\/a>.<\/p>\n Constantly reaffirming her approach, L\u00e9onie likes to define her art as a practice of the body in the broad sense. She therefore encounters other artistic forms \u2013 visual arts, theatre, music and performance \u2013 wishing to enrich her discipline and enter into dialogue with those of others.<\/p>\n Interested in the freedom offered by the digital body, for this residency, L\u00e9onie is accompanied by the visual artist \u00c9loi Angers-Roy.
