  Inspiring feelings of insecurity and fear in the spectators, hurtling them into a world borrowed from a horror film aesthetic, the visual construction of this performance by Martin Messier and Anne Thériault is based on the idea of suggesting while revealing nothing. From this perspective, striking images are conjured up without showing their manifest evidence. Reversing the usual choreographer-compositor hierarchy, the creators of this project give the sound environment the dominant role: the motor of the piece is an amplifying device through which the movements and actions of the dancer are processed.
