Parcours Doux

The “Parcours Doux” is a concept designed and developed by artist Anne Thériault. Each summer, Lorganisme offers an exterior physical, performative and reflective practice led by its member-artists. The first edition of “Parcours Doux” took place around the historic site of the Grain Silos in Old Montreal (2020, 2021) and on Mount Royal (2021).

The Parcours Doux are conceived as half-days of resourcing for the body and the imagination consisting of group improvisation exercises, meditation periods, discussions around choreographic and performative practice.

Intended for anyone with a practice in the performing arts, this activity is an opportunity to get together, in an urban place dotted with nature and water, in order to activate their body and their imagination with a reflective and embodied artistic practice.
